The following instructions outline the steps to view an online TTW course and obtain a completion certificate after completing a quiz.

To start viewing available courses;

1. Login to the site using your email address and password. If you haven’t created an account, please enter your password and click "Help me create/find my account". Please follow the steps in creating a new account.
2. Go to Control Panel/Options.
3. Click on “Course Launcher”.
4. Select the course in the drop down.
5. Click on the “Go” button for the course you want to view.

To take the corresponding quizzes:

1. Click on “Course Launcher”.
2. If you have completed the course and have not yet purchased the corresponding quiz, the quizzes will not show up in the Course Launcher page.
3. To purchase quizzes go to My TTW Certifications (also available in the menu on the left on the Course Launcher page) and a list of all available quizzes will be shown.
4. Click on “Purchase” next to the corresponding course and follow the steps to purchase the quizzes.
5. Once the quiz has been purchased click on Course Launcher page.
6. Select the quiz in the drop down.
7. Click on the “Go” button for the quiz you want to take.

To get a completion certificate, you need to completely view the course and take the corresponding quizzes also on the Course Launcher page.

1. Once you complete a course, go to My TTW Certifications in the menu on the left on the Course Launcher page.
2. Find the course you completed and if the corresponding quiz is completed then you will get a link to view or print your completion certificate.
3. If you completed the course and have not yet purchased the corresponding quiz, a link will appear and will direct you to purchase either a subscription that will give you all available corresponding quizzes to your courses or you can select from a list of available quizzes corresponding to all the courses. Make sure that you select the correct corresponding quiz for the course that you have completed.
4. Once you have purchased the corresponding quiz for your completed course/s, take the quiz. See step 1 and step 2 to view or print the completion certificate.
